Julia is the co-founder and investor of SunGo Tours, bringing an international perspective shaped by her life and business in the UK, alongside her deep connection to Egypt.
Julia’s vision to establish SunGo Tours was born from countless travels where she experienced outstanding examples of service worldwide. She felt inspired to bring the same quality, professionalism, and care to the Red Sea region.
Hardworking and self-motivated, Julia constantly looks for opportunities to improve and raise standards. Ahmed Gawiish
Nationality: Egyptian
Ahmed Gawiish is the Manager of SunGo Tours. The 35-year-old Egyptian brings over 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, as well as in sales and marketing across Africa and Asia.
Thanks to his previous tourism experience, Ahmed has been able to make Hurghada a favorite destination for many Europeans.
As a co-founder, his role is not only managing operations but also building a company culture rooted in quality, responsibility, and continuous growth. Ahmed takes pride in leading SunGo Tours with vision, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Ahmed Shaaban
Nationality: Egyptian
As our legal counsel, Ahmed leverages his vast experience in legal affairs for hotels and tourism companies to provide expert guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
His responsibilities encompass contract drafting and review, negotiations, dispute resolution, and fostering transparency and accountability.
Additionally, Ahmed prioritizes customer rights, ensuring their protection in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Service Manager
Nour Atef
Nationality: Egyptian
Ms. Nour Atef, Customer Service Manager, aged 25, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the English Language Department.
Due to her practical experience as a Customer Service Supervisor in the tourism industry, she is highly efficient in dealing with customers and achieving their satisfaction.
In this role, Nour is responsible for tracking customer requirements and providing effective support and assistance, with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
Nour utilizes her excellent communication skills and extensive experience in dealing with tourists, which enables her to provide an exceptional customer experience.
